felix mobile is an Australian telco built around being sustainable, affordable, and genuinely simple. As part of a new brand platform called Not All Talk, the idea was to bring the brand’s environmental mission to life in a way that felt honest and memorable. That’s where Felix came in. A tree puppet turned brand mascot and “spokes-tree”, using dry, tongue-in-cheek humour to comment on how people use their phones, without being preachy. The character was rooted in a real brand truth too. felix plants a tree every month for every customer. I worked on the design, rollout, and retouching of the Felix puppet across the campaign. The work launched across OOH, online, VOD, social, and felix-owned channels, helping the brand stand out in a very crowded telco category.
